Shipping Policy

Any Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer when the Artwork is purchased.

Deliveries generally arrive within 10 business days.

Deliveries are tracked and shipped USPS Flat Rate. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Website sales have a 5 day money back policy. A Purchaser taking this Option will pay in full for the safe return of the Artwork. After the Seller is satisfied that the work is in the condition in which it was originally dispatched, a refund for the cost of the work will be sent. There are no refunds for the original cost of transporting the work to the client. Any restoration work that may be required as a result of the purchaser or transportation will be deducted from the refund.

If you receive a damaged artwork or product, or one that does not match the original order (incorrect order), White Mist Creative Studios must be notified immediately. We will do our best to make sure you have a good experience, but the incorrect/damaged order must be returned within 10 days from the receipt of goods for consideration of a refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund, the online receipt and/or invoice must be provided as well as photos of the product and the reason you are unhappy with it. 

If you receive a work and are not satisfied with it and would like to exchange it for another, the artwork must first be sent back in the same condition which it was first sent out. If it is not damaged upon return, a new artwork of equal or lesser value will be chosen/commissioned by the Purchaser and shipped. If the artwork is damaged upon return, the damage must first be assessed in light of the value of the painting and White Mist Creative Studios will determine what portion of the previously paid funds will be applied to another artwork as credit, if any. 

White Mist Creative Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
